Foundation / Slab (including deposit)

Prior to the first drawdown of your Construction Loan, we need to make sure we have the following final documents that are required by the lender. If you have not provided these to us, please upload all documents to AVOID DELAYS. The following documents have been provided to facilitate completion of this funding request.

CDC Approval / Council approved plan

Builder's "All Risk" construction insurance policy (Policy/Certificate of Currency - noting property address and lender name as Mortgagee)

Signed and dated building contract including payment schedule by all parties

Building's payment claim / invoice (signed by all borrowers to the loan)

Evidence borrower's contribution paid (e.g. Builder receipt)

Bank will only make the payment once you have fully paid your contribution. If you are not sure the amount you need to pay, please drop us a message and we will inform you. First progress payment requires an inspection and lender will arrange the valuer to inspect the site and certifies that the building works has been satisfactory completed as per the approved building stage in accordance with the approved plans and specifications provided. Lender will not pay the builder if the inspection report is unsatisfactory. Please write down your inquiry in the message box.

I understand that the final payment requires an inspection and the lender will arrange this inspection through a valuer once above documents are submitted. Payment will not be released until the report issued is satisfactory and all the documents required has been sent.
